A few months ago, a convoy of decorated cars set off from Port Lincoln in South Australia to begin the 2016 Variety Bash.
One of the contenders in this famous charity event proudly featured the Caprice logo and signage. We sponsored customer Northland Distributors to enter the event, nicknamed ‘Great Whites to Great Whites’ event in a reference to the sharks off Port Lincoln as well as the wines of the Clare Valley.
Northland Distributors has been a customer of Caprice since 2012 and is South Australia’s premier packaging and distribution company.
Team members Adam Marinakis, Darren Wilkes and Tom Clifford completed 2,142km, along with 100 pre-1980 cars and 300 ‘bashers’ and officials. Looking at the photos we can see there would have been quite the need for paper towel at every oil change!
Leading up to the event the cause raised $2.64 million and Caprice Paper is very proud to have been part of this amazing event that helps so many children.
Variety helps support children who are sick, disadvantaged or have special needs.
